Lead times: there is usually approximately a 4 -6 week lead time before items are dispatched for delivery. This is because all of our products are handmade with utmost care and ceramics is a lengthy, involved process. This lead time includes any customisations you might request.

Shipping of made-to-order items: unless specified, all of our products are made-to-order. Unless a product is in stock, our lead time before dispatch is approximately four weeks. This is because all of our products are handmade and hand-painted.
Shipping of in-stock items: if you order an in-stock item, unless otherwise communicated, it will be dispatched for delivery within one business day following order confirmation.

Every single one of our products is lovingly handmade using stoneware clay and hand-painted using only the finest materials.

How do you ship?
We utilise a couple of reputable door-to-door courier services for delivery in South Africa. A quote for international shipping to your location will be provided on request.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a R80 flat rate in South Africa for standard delivery (48 - 96 hours) to your door, and a R120 flat rate for overnight courier to your door.
Can I collect my order?
If you're in Cape Town and you'd prefer to arrange collection of your order, just select the order collection option at checkout. We're open for collection Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm.
Please note: unless otherwise arranged, we can only hold stock of completed orders for a maximum of six weeks, so if you select collection please arrange to do so within this timeframe.
Do you ship overseas?
We do on special request - please contact us if you'd like to chat. International delivery times and costs will vary.
Are payments secure?
Yes, all payments on our store are securely processed by PayFast.
You can pay using credit card, cheque card or EFT.
What is your refund/returns policy?
We try our best to package our ceramics as safely as possible, but in the unfortunate event that there is a breakage during transit, we will endeavour to either fix the item for you, or, if necessary, replace it. Should your order be damaged, we require that you please contact us, via email, within three days of arrival. Returns and refunds will not be issued for any other reason. We reserve the right to issue refunds on the basis of breakages at our discretion.
Please note: should you wish to return any item, the cost of shipping it back to us will be to your account.
