Do you only do kids and baby decor?

We specialise in kids and baby decor, but we frequently fulfil gift orders for adults and we’re open to doing anything you like. Use our bespoke orders form to let us know what you have in mind and we can start chatting!

Are payments secure?

Yes, all payments on our store are securely processed by PayFast.

What payment methods do you offer?

Our payments are processed by PayFast and a number of quick, convenient payment methods are offered.

What is your refund/returns policy?

We try our best to package our ceramics as safely as possible, but in the unfortunate event that there is a breakage during transit, we will endeavour to either fix the item for you, or, if necessary, replace it. Should your order be damaged, we require that you please contact us, via email, within three days of arrival. We reserve the right to issue refunds as per our discretion. Please note: should you wish to return any item, the cost of shipping it back to us will be to your account.

Do you do bespoke orders?

We most certainly do. We're always excited to chat about something bespoke and extra special! You're welcome to get in touch by using our contact form, or by messaging us on Instagram or Facebook.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

We do! Our gift vouchers are digital to be emailed to the recipient. Click here to order.

Are your products made in a factory / are your products imported?

Nope! All of our products are handmade and hand painted, from scratch, in Cape Town, South Africa. Being handmade and hand-sculpted, no two products will ever come out quite the same. We think this adds to their charm! You can read more in our About Us section.

How do I hang up my Wildlings?

Each Wildling comes with a metal hanging plate pre-secured to the back so you can easily hang it with a simple nail in the wall, much like a picture frame. If you'd prefer to not make holes in your walls, the Wildlings can also lean against a shelf.

Are your baby plates and hand-lettered ceramic plates foodsafe?

Yes, there are! If something is foodsafe, we'll say so on the product page. Please note that if it doesn't say it's foodsafe, that's because it isn't. :)

Why is your lead time four weeks?

Since all of our products are handmade and hand painted, this requires a bit of time for orders. Once the product is sculpted from white earthenware clay, it needs to dry before the first firing, which is called bisque fire. Then it’s time to glaze, which requires another firing. Overall, this process can take up to four weeks, but we aim to make it faster than that and will keep you in the loop as your order progresses.

Do you courier?

We sure do! We ship both locally and internationally. A quote for international shipping to your location will be provided on request. Local shipping within South Africa is a R90 flat rate for orders under R1,000 and free for orders of more than R1,000.

We do on special request - please contact us if you'd like to chat. 

Can I collect my order?

If you're in Cape Town and you'd prefer to arrange collection of your order, just select the order collection option at checkout.
