We try our best to package our ceramics as safely as possible, but in the unfortunate event that there is a breakage during transit, we will endeavour to either fix the item for you, or, if necessary, replace it.
Should your order be damaged, we require that you please contact us, via email, within three days of arrival.
Returns and refunds will not be issued for any other reason. We reserve the right to issue refunds on the basis of breakages at our discretion.
Please note: should you wish to return any item, the cost of shipping it back to us will be to your account.
