Shipping of made-to-order items: unless specified, all of our products are made-to-order. Unless a product is in stock, our lead time before dispatch is approximately four weeks. This is because all of our products are handmade and hand-painted.
Shipping of in-stock items: if you order an in-stock item, unless otherwise communicated, it will be dispatched for delivery within one business day following order confirmation.
We are a Cape Town based ceramics studio specialising in creating adorable custom ceramics to celebrate the people and occasions that matter to you most!
Every single one of our products is lovingly handmade using stoneware clay and hand-painted using only the finest materials.

How do you ship?
We utilise a couple of reputable door-to-door courier services for delivery in South Africa. A quote for international shipping to your location will be provided on request.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free 48 - 96 hour* shipping to your door in South Africa! Overnight courier in South Africa is R150.
International delivery costs and times will vary.
*Please note: this delivery time is once your order has been produced and is ready to ship. There is a production lead time of approximately four weeks, unless otherwise specified.
Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately, we no longer offer order collection.
Do you ship overseas?
We do on special request - please contact us if you'd like to chat. International delivery times and costs will vary.
Are payments secure?
Yes, all payments on our store are securely processed by PayFast.
You can pay using credit card, cheque card or EFT.
What is your refund/returns policy?
We try our best to package our ceramics as safely as possible, but in the unfortunate event that there is a breakage during transit, we will endeavour to either fix the item for you, or, if necessary, replace it. Should your order be damaged, we require that you please contact us, via email, within three days of arrival. Returns and refunds will not be issued for any other reason. We reserve the right to issue refunds on the basis of breakages at our discretion.
Please note: should you wish to return any item, the cost of shipping it back to us will be to your account.
