What materials do I need?
All the tools and materials you need are explained in depth in each course, but don't worry about going to the expense of buying specialized pottery materials if you don't have them - virtually every tool you need can be subbed for found objects around the house!
Help! I don't have access to a kiln! Can I still take part?
Lucky for you, if you don't have access to a pottery kiln, you can just as easily use air dry clay! There are steps included in each course that accommodate for both pottery clay and air dry clay.
I want to use pottery clay - how do I fire my work?
If you are in Cape Town, you may arrange to have us fire your work for you at our kilns. Simply send us an email and we'll make the necessary arrangements. Otherwise, if you're elsewhere in the country, try get in touch with your local pottery studios - a lot of them hire out space in their kilns to the public.
How long do I have access to the course?
You have lifetime access to every course you purchase! So you can come back to it again and again! You can even get your kids involved, but please don't share the online course with others - that's not ayoba.
